Message from the Governor to the House of Assembly, stating that the Act to provide for the Puisne Justices was disallowed by the King. Also the Act to remove Roman Catholic disabilities; the King will allow modified form of second act, which must be passed with suspending clause. The King will not answer the House's memorial by changing the act exempting rum for the troops from duties.
