January 2022 Services Update

Nova Scotia Archives is pleased to continue to welcome walk-in researchers to our reference floor. This service will be available on a first-come first-served basis, with a limited capacity to meet social distancing requirements. We are not offering Wednesday evening nor Saturday service at this time. All current Nova Scotia Public Health protocols for preventing the spread of COVID-19 will be adhered to.

(a) As of January 2022, we are presently closed Wednesday evenings and Saturdays. All current Nova Scotia Public Health protocols for preventing the spread of COVID-19 will be adhered to.

(b) Please note a delayed opening on the first Thursday of each month. The Archives will open to researchers at 10:30 am.

(c) Closed on Sundays, Statutory Holidays and Saturdays falling within Holiday Weekends. Researchers and visitors are advised to consult the Holiday Schedule to confirm Statutory Holidays observed in Nova Scotia.
