Note: Footage shot by an unidentified amateur filmmaker (a former Scout), at Miller's Lake, during the summers of 1940-1941. During those years the camp was made available to Canadian and British soldiers and seamen for rest and relaxation. This footage shows British sailors enjoying the camp and the improvements made to accommodate them. Also footage of people dancing and partying at the Tweedsmuir Club in Halifax, N.S. Boy Scouts are also seen in this footage.
