Note: This amateur film was at the farm of [Captain Hanson], an acquaintance of Walter H. Boutilier. It features scenic footage of the countryside surrounding the farm, including shots of a lake in which [Boutilier] and a friend are swimming. There are also shots of farm workers hay making, 'helped' by several women and children, and of a kitten playing in front of farm outbuildings. The film closes with shots of Walter H. Boutlier practicing his golf swing by the barn, with a young boy 'caddying'.

Note: This amateur film opens with footage shot on the deck of a boat [off the coast fo Labrador]. There is spectacular footage off icebergs, with barren coastline in the background. Also remarkable is panoramic footage shot from the top of a cliff, depicting a fishing outport located in a rocky bay. There is also footage of some of the outport's houses and buildings, and the film closes with footage of [Walter H. Boutilier and two other men laughing and smoking together amidst the outport houses.
