The following page or pages are missing from the Journal, on which are latter part of the fifth and sixth resolutions. "(fifth)…Which experience has proved to be useless the House is obliged to decline the application of any publick Money to this purpose – Resolved That these Resolutions be transmitted by a Committee of this House to the agent of the province to be laid before his Majesty’s Ministers with an assurance that this House will cheerfully appropriate a part of the publick Revenue upon any rational System by which a Branch of Business may be established & improved which will tend to promote the general Interests of the British Empire"
