Blowers to Gideon White, in reply to his request for a court of oyer and terminer.   The Council refuse to send down a commission for such a court and direct that the homicide case be tried by the Supreme Court at its next sitting in Shelburne. The magistrates are held responsible for the safe custody of the prisoners and must reinforce the jail if necessary. Holograph.
