Petition of Elijah Phinney and other inhabitants of Wilmot, asking for a grant for making a road from the post road in Wilmot to the Bay of Fundy. The road has already been laid out, but the limited circumstances of the people who live on it have prevented their completing it. Signed with 14 names.

Petition of Arannah Rathbun, commissioner of roads in Horton Township, asking for an additional grant (on behalf of the inhabitants of the township) to rebuild a bridge over Gaspereau River and repair a road.

Petition of J.N. Bond and others, the Yarmouth Lock Company, who have formed an association for building a lock in opening a communication from "the Waters lying in the interior of the Township of Yarmouth and Cape Fourchu". They have subscribed £500 for building the lock, and ask a law from the legislature "to legalize the proceeding and to secure to the Associators and their representatives the fair and equitable advantages resulting therefrom." They also suggest the advisability of opening a passage from Lake George to Moulton’s Lake "which would furnish an abundant supply of Water at all seasons and greatly contribute in rendering the advantages of the Lock below less precarious", and would cost about £250. Petition of Samuel S. Poole and others, subscribers of the Yarmouth Company, asking for a law to secure their property. They are a company for building a canal to connect a chain of lakes emptying into Yarmouth harbour with each other. Signed with 111 names.

Petition of Anthony Landers, Samuel Marshall, Joseph Norman Bond and others, freeholders of Yarmouth Township, have formed an association to build locks in the falls of Cape Forchue in order to make a communication between Lake George into Moulton's Lake, and stating that the expenses of their undertaking has already exceeded their expectations and ask for a grant.

Petition of John H. Flieger, Weigher and Gauger for the port of Halifax detailing the duties of his office, stating that the salary has not been increased for thirty years, although living expenses have risen and other officers have been better paid, and asking for an increase.

Petition of Nathaniel Parker of Annapolis, stating his exertions in promoting settlement in Annapolis and Wilmot by exploring and surveying a road from Nictau to Liverpool, "in consequence of which settlements are now formed through a Tract of Country, which before was a pathless desert, and the wilderness in some degree has become a fruitful field." Petition of Caleb Nickerson and other inhabitants of the fishing districts around the N. S. coast, asking that the bounty on fishing vessels be extended to include their smaller craft, and that they be given a bounty of mackerel. Signed with 90 names.
