Petition of Nathaniel Parker of Annapolis, stating his exertions in promoting settlement in Annapolis and Wilmot by exploring and surveying a road from Nictau to Liverpool, "in consequence of which settlements are now formed through a Tract of Country, which before was a pathless desert, and the wilderness in some degree has become a fruitful field." Encloses account.
