He reports that this land has been entirely taken up by squatters, and advises strongly that White take steps to claim title to the land before the squatters erect more buildings and further utilize it. 2. Charles Owen to Cornelius White, relative to VanBuskirk's letter, confirming it. ''Our Assembly behaved well in the affair of Howe's insult on the Governor. He is not losing caste.
