George Spicer to Levi Atkins; undated but probably November 1904, Hoboken, 2 pages. Informing Levi of arrangements around trading the Charles S. Whitney, removing all items of personal property, moveable equipment and fittings, etc. Also information about the three schooners being accepted by the Spicers in return for the Whitney; they were being converted for the gypsum carrying trade, and the Whitney would be stripped for the same purpose.
