Report of the committee of the House on the subject of John Solomon’s petition. The Committee suggest that the House take steps to have the books of record repaired and a book provided for each county and district "in order that the former quarterly returns and those that may hereafter be forwarded be regularly entered"… "the preservation of the Provincial Records being in their opinion of the utmost importance."
