Col. Lawrence to the Speaker. Privy Council has given decision, acquitting the Judges of all the articles of impeachment. He hopes he will soon hear from the province.

Col. Lawrence to the Speaker. Sends, on same sheet of paper, Mr. Lowten's bill of costs as Solicitor in the prosecution of the Judges, amounting to £276.1.7, which he has no means of paying. Success of Cornwallis in India now adds to the popularity of the administration.
