Draft of resolutions that henceforth "all public accounts ought to be laid before this House on the first day of the sessions of General Assembly and that unless these Accounts are delivered within the first week of any future sessions, this House will not hold itself obliged to investigate the accounts at such sessions." The foregoing resolution to be published in the Royal Gazette.
