Note: Shot during the 1970s, film chronicles the activities of the Sackville and District Fire Department, including footage of Department members marching in a local parade, and footage of Department members on a tour of other Nova Scotian fire departments, including New Minas and Windsor . This is followed by footage of [a stone laying ceremony at Sackville fire station - stone dated September 24, 1972]. Film closes with shots of fire fighters supervising burning of an old building at a lumber yard.
