General, Governour and Commander in Chief in and over
his majesty’s Province of the Massachusetts Bay in New
England aforesaid, and his majesty’s council of said
Province The Honble Paul Mascarene Esqr Commissioner
from the Province of Nova Scotia, the Honble Daniel
Warner Esqr Peter Gilman & Clement March Esqrs
