Synopsis – two separate items are combined on this reel. The first contains scenes of a small hydrofoil naval target under tow in 1923. The second is of a hydrofoil runabout bearing the number HD-13 in motion on a bay. Presumably these are projects under development by Alexander Graham Bell and J.D. McCurdy in Baddeck.

the 'HD-13' was designed by F.G. (Casey) Baldwin.
