Synopsis – on May 24, 1956, four French Canadians (Henri Beaudout, Marc Modena, Gaston Vanackere and Jose Martinez) and two cats (Puce and Guiton) set out from Halifax to cross the Atlantic on a 17' by 31' raft. One of the men falls ill and must be transferred to a trawler, but the other three reach Falmouth, Eng., after a voyage of 88 days.
