Synopsis – this 1/2 hour program was the first Canadian religious television series and attempted, through documentaries, dramas, interviews and films to explore the part religion plays in national life. Each program based it's central theme on the church but specifically illustrated, and attempted to resolve, a human problem characteristic of present day life. It was produced by CBC units in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Vancouver, British Columbia, Toronto, Ontario and abroad. Regular Halifax contributors included John Mackay, Ken Homer, and Don Tremaine.
