Petition of James and William Cochran to the Assembly, asking "that their Property now in the Hands of the Sherriff may be released to them on their substituting amply Securities to the Satisfaction of the Commissioners of the Revenue for there (six) Debt to the Province and payable before the Termination of the present Year", on the grounds that many payments due them have not been collected.
