Request for pardon of George Levandier, Michael Drew and Celestine Fougere, Havre Boucher, sentenced to one year for assaulting Sheriff Kenneth McDonald. Charles Levandier was shot and killed during the fracas.

Request for pardon of John and Felix Young, prisoners at Sydney, for manslaughter of Donald McKenzie. Fight broke out between prisoners, Robert Campbell and deceased. McKenzie was killedby a stone.
