Report of the committee of the House on the petition of Andrew Murdoch and other prisoners in the County jail. They recommend that a sum of £50 be voted for their relief, to be accounted for by the Commissioners of the Poor. (See Murdoch’s petition, 12 Dec.)

Report of the committee of the House on the subject of John Solomon’s petition. The Committee suggest that the House take steps to have the books of record repaired and a book provided for each county and district "in order that the former quarterly returns and those that may hereafter be forwarded be regularly entered"… "the preservation of the Provincial Records being in their opinion of the utmost importance."
