Petition of Hugh Denoon and others of the town of Pictou, stating their fears that, due to the increase in the number of inhabitants and dwellings, fires may become more frequent. They ask that the provisions for firewardens. Also complaining about the number of swine running at large, and asking that Halifax regulations be extended to Pictou. Signed with 41 names.
