"Whereas many Members have already left the House and returned home and several others have applied for leave and the distance by water to the Homes make it expedient that such leave should be granted them by reason whereof the House will not be well attended, Therefore resolved that no Question or subject will has been discussed and determined this Session shall be again altered or discussed and no new Business shall be introduced this Sessions without the Assent of three fourths of the Members then present."
