Arichat, 1 January 1850. The magistrates of Richmond County decided to fund provisions for the passengers of the Barbara Ann which was bound for Charlottetown, PEI from St. John's, Newfoundland, when she was wrecked at Cape LaRonde, near Isle Madame, 31 December 1849.
