Dear Sir
I have communicated the inclosed to one of the Commissioners for Indian affairs who being here alone, does not incline to act on the occasion, but approves of my submitting the application to you. If I can be serviceable in forwarding, or affecting andy wishes of the commissioners, I shall make it my duty to attend to their commands.
