FOR the recovery of Walter Conrad, Jr., aged 18. Last seen five minutes before the explosion at Dock gate in his motor boat. Boat supposed [illegible] sunk with Conrad and two other men. [Reward?] will be paid by Walter Conrad, Sr., Dartmouth.

TRAVIS - December 6th, William Travis 10 Hanover street, killed in explosion.
Funeral will be held from 69 Cunard street, Tuesday at 4 o'clock.
DEAL --- On December 8th. Eliza A. Deal, window of William Deal, of Dutch Village, aged 72 years, leaving three daughters to mourn their loss. Funeral from residence of her daughter, Mrs. William Fry, 44 La Marchant St., this Monday afternoon at one o'clock, to St. John's cemetery. 16988 h 10
