Agreement, Edward Whitman, master of the schooner Adventure to Alexander Easson

Whitman accepts 20 barrels of potatoes from Easson, and agrees to sell them on his behalf in the West Indies, paying him on return, less 8 shillings per barrel.

Release of Dower Rights, Alexander Easson and His Wife Zeruviah, to Sydney Saunders

Zeruviah Easson, widow of the late David Easson and now the wife of Alexander Easson, releases her dower right to the "southernmost half" of the dwellinghouse at Annapolis, belonging originally to John Easson (grandfather of David) and then David Easson; for the sum of 5 shillings. [Zeruviah's daughter Elizabeth married Sydney Saunders and died before 1833.]

Instructions from General Sessions of the Peace, Annapolis County, to Overseers of the River Fisheries

The regulations for River Fisheries are to be the same as passed in 1821, except that no net can be set in the Annapolis and Nictaux Rivers above Round Hill between Saturday evening and Monday evening; and no net is to be set more than halfway across. Israel Ruggles and Thomas and Alexander Easson appointed by the Court as Overseers of the River Fisheries for a year.
