Lettre de George S. Hoyt, de Lequille, à son cousin Alexander Easson Hoyt
Regarding a shipment of apples, and family history. Alexander, born 1815, was the son of Avis Stewart and James F. Hoyt; he was the manager of the north end branch of Western Union Telegraph. His daughter, Miss Ada Hoyt, was a well-known Halifax music teacher, and Miss Shirley Hoyt, also a music teacher, was a grand-daughter.
