Annapolis NS           To Joseph Pearce, commonly called Doctor Pearce Of
          the Town & County of Annapolis, Surgeon
          You are hereby Commanded to appear before me
          at my Office in Annapolis, On Saturday the first Day of Sep -
          tember next, at 10 o’Clock in the forenoon of the same Day, to an -
          swer to George Belvidere of Annapolis, and County aforesaid, in
          the Sum of Six Shillings & Six Pence Currency.. hereof fail not
          Witness my hand & Seal, this twenty Seventh
To Mr Joseph Budd           Day of August in the thirty Second Year of his
Constable of the Township           Majesty’s Reign, ——— A : D : 1792. —
