          Kentville 30th April 1852
          Dear Sir
          I received your letter per mail and
was glad to hear from you I hope you will have a
good time tomorrow among the Girls. I saw Mr Bishop
a little while before I received your letter and I
will mention it to him when I see him again, and let
you know. I have only got acquainted with a few
Girls up here. There are very few in Kentville, I am
getting on very well at the Telegraph and will be
back in about ten days.
          Will you please deliver the enclosed
letters to Whom they are adressed. Have you [ seal ]
any salmon yet. I wish I was down there I would
have a sail in it down the Creek. I have not
time to write you a long letter now for I only have
an hour in the morning and one at noon and one
at night to sat & Write. Give My love to Father
Mother and all the rest.
