You are required to be and appear before
James R Lovett and James Gray Esq at the office
of James R Lovett on Monday the 24th day
of May Instant at 10 O’Clock in the forenoon
to give evidence in a Suit now depending and
then and therein to be tried between Israel A Ruggles
and Henry Lockwood on the part of the plaintiff
and this you are not to omit under the
penalty of the Law in such case made and
