Report of Michael Wallace, Auditor of the Public Accounts, on the expenditure of monies granted by the legislature for making and repairing roads and bridges throughout the province in 1803, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 1810. Done in columns, giving sums, year applied, name of commissioner and where applied. Signed. Request and statement from Franklin Etter and other inhabitants of Chester, Chester Road, Windsor and Falmouth to the Members for Lunenburg and Hants Counties. They state the public benefits and benefits to themselves that would accrue from having the new Chester-Windsor road made passable for carts. Signed with 37 names.

Petition of William Robertson, merchant of Sissiboo, objecting to having been obliged to pay two light duties for the Briar Island lighthouse, one at Yarmouth and one at Sissiboo, on the same voyage.

Copy of petition of John Killam and the Yarmouth Lock and Canal Proprietors, stating that the expenses of their undertaking has already been double their expectations, that it is necessary to rebuild a bridge at the head of Cape Fourchu Harbour, and asking for a grant of £300 for building the bridge.
