Petition of Joseph Langley to the legislature, asking for assistance to make it possible for him to keep open his establishment for entertaining travellers at the West Branch St. Mary's River, on the road from Musquodoboit to Guysborough.

Petition of Hugh Denoon and other inhabitants of Merigomish, Pictou and the north shore, asking further aid from the legislature towards completing the pier from Arisaig Point. They hope "as the foundation of so useful a work is laid, and its solid benefits experienced, by so large a portion of his Majesty’s Loyal Subjects, that the Legislature will not be induced to withdraw its aid, on unfounded suggestions made by persons under the influence of prejudice or wholly incompetent to give a correct opinion of the importance and utility of this beneficial Establishment." Signed with 40 names and "official orders from all the Inhabitants alongst the Coast from Marygomish to the extreme point of Cape George."

Petition of Jacob Rude, master of the schooner Speedwell, asking for the bounty on his fishing vessel, and also on the fish he caught in the past season, during which his fishing was interrupted by threats of capture by American privateers so that he was not able to complete the period necessary before applying for a bounty.
