Copy of representation of the Overseers of the Poor to Gov. Parr. Possibility of greatly increased number of poor to be looked after; large number of disbanded soldiers coming to the poor house; desires the Governor to ask General Campbell to help in providing for poor, also to give fuel from the garrison yard.
