Petition of the freeholders of Wilmot and Annapolis asking a) that the Inferior Court of Common Please be abolished and the jurisdiction of the Magistrates enlarged; b) that the issuing of declaration for sums above 20 pounds be discontinued and c) that the Attachment Law be repealed.
