John Robinson (Speaker of New Brunswick Assembly) to Wilkins In receipt of letter re: plaster of Paris trade, which will be placed before Assembly of New Brunswick as soon as it meets. Importance of excluding Americans from carrying trade, and of encouraging owners of small vessels to employ them in the fisheries, so that northern colonies can make good their promise of supplying West Indies with fish.
