Draft of address of Assembly to Lieutenant Governor, stating that a sum has been granted for relief of negroes; that Assembly is unwilling to encourage bringing settlers whose habits etc. are uncertain into province. Already many negroes in N.S. Asks that Lieutenant Governor will "endeavour to prohibit the bringing any more of these people into this colony."
