Nova Scotia House of Assembly Petitions and Correspondence

Petition of Andrew Forshner, commissioner for roads, Ramsheg, Cumberland County, asking for the vote of money lost by him in a suit begun by one of the contractors for the road work because he had refused to pay the whole sum, the contract not being completed according to orders. The contractor having won the case, the commissioner prays for the House to pay the expenses.
