Petition of Hugh Denoon, Robert Pagan and James Milne of Pictou, stating how they apprehended, examined and sent under guard to Halifax an Irishman, Mathew Reynolds, lately arrived from Portugal, where he had murdered several Portuguese, and whom they consider to be a dangerous man. They ask compensation for the expenses, amounting to about £32, which they incurred in keeping and transporting him.
