Two copies of proceedings of the House with regard to the "insulting" words spoken by Mr. Lawson with regard to the Speaker in the hearing of Mr. Creighton and Mr. Purdy. Mr. Lawson apologizes and promises to be more careful. (See Journal p. 81)
