Draft of Mr. Wiswall's motion resolving that William Smith, Sheriff of Hants County, is highly reprehensible for having written a letter to Archibald Fraser that was highly likely to affect the election to the injury of "the fairness & freedom of elections". Motion: 12 for and 11 against. (Compare with Journal p. 39)
