Draft of report of the joint Committee on plans for the proposed new Province Building. They conclude with: "Your Committee consider it of the first Importance that Men of Integrity Diligence & Capacity to make the necessary purchases & provide all Materials upon the best to make the necessary the Commrs. have any great Skill in Architecture Honest Men with a Plan & all the Sections of the Work Calculated for them can with the Assistance of a Good & Skillful Builder as their foreman carry on such a Work without Difficulty"… Annexed is an estimate of expenses.
