Motion for petitioning the King and addressing the Lt.-Governor on the subject of Quit Rent. "A Committee to be Appointed to prepair an Address to his Majesty upon the Subject of the Quit Rents, Stating the Situation of the Province and praying a Suspention thereof for some years." (Note: There is no sign of this in the Journal.)
