Answer from the Council to the message of the House that the Council, "willing at all times to avoid every Occasion of Irritation or difference with the Assembly accept the disclaimer – on the part of the House…as a satisfactory Explanation of the Message, without discussing at present any Question of right Privilege or Authority involved in it."
