Message from the Council by the Clerk "that after the Message sent up yesterday on the Subject of the Conference by Committee on the Memorial of John Henderson, the Council can have no further communication with the House until a Satisfactory Explanation of the Message shall be given; The Council consider it as an Attack of the Constitutional Authority vested in the Board as an integral branch of the Legislature; And an Offensive Violation of the Decency essential to the Accomplishment of the Business of the Session."
