Message from the Council to the House, on receipt of 62 road votes from the House. "…they find it impossible for them to determine consistent with any Information they can receive during the present Session how far it will conduce to the General Interest of the Province to distribute the Sum to be granted for that service in the manner proposed by the House…" (Which was the customary method in Nova Scotia).
