Petition of William Burk, son of Watson Burk, blacksmith, asking for aid in building a grist mill on the Liverpool to Nictaux road, and enclosing calculations for the cost to build such a mill. Recommendation signed by Simeon Perkins, John Thomas, Hallet Collins and Joshua Newton.
