21 February 1800
Address of the Lieutenant Governor on opening session of new Assembly. Good fortune of the province in escaping ravages of disease and the enemy. Return of Prince Edward as Duke of Kent and military commander gratifying. Need for roads between Antigonish and Halifax, and of change in duties commands attention. Signed.
