Report of Committee on the state of the fisheries, stating (1) the necessity for a supply of salt, and recommending bounty on imported salt, (2) that bounties be place on all fish caught (3) certain regulations re: bounties and recommending (4) that the Agent try to obtain permission to import wines and fruit direct from Europe.
