Col. Lawrence to the Speaker. Sends, on same sheet of paper, Mr. Lowten's bill of costs as Solicitor in the prosecution of the Judges, amounting to £276.1.7, which he has no means of paying. Success of Cornwallis in India now adds to the popularity of the administration.
